Özbasel commits to taking all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the protection of personal data, preventing unlawful processing, unauthorized access, and data breaches, as stipulated by the Law and this Policy.
Your personal data will be processed with all necessary security measures taken, only for the purposes and scope you have been informed about, and will be stored and processed for the legal retention period or, if no such period is specified, for the duration required by the processing purpose. Once this period ends, your personal data will be removed from Özbasel’s data streams through methods of deletion, destruction, or anonymization.
To Whom Are Personal Data Transferred?
Personal data processed by Özbasel for the purposes mentioned in this information notice, within the framework of Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, can be transferred to:
Companies and representatives authorized by us and acting on our behalf,
Regulatory and supervisory authorities, and public institutions or organizations explicitly authorized by law to request personal data,
Business partners, suppliers, and contractors, banks, credit risk, and financial institutions, and other real or legal persons within the scope of these purposes,

Your personal data is not transferred abroad by Özbasel; if necessary for domestic data transfer processes, your explicit consent will be obtained separately.

Özbasel retains personal data for the duration required by the processing purposes stated in this notice and in accordance with the statute of limitations stipulated in the Law and other legislation. Upon expiration of these periods, the data is deleted or destroyed in compliance with the Law.

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Personal Data Protection Authority”), your personal data will be used, recorded, stored, updated, transferred, and/or classified by our Company acting as the Data Controller for business purposes, as outlined below.
